Stay Curious LLC d/b/a Stay Curious Digital (“Stay Curious Digital,” “we,” “us”) provides website design, branding, search visibility, and digital systems services. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy covers the website at staycuriousdigital.com and the WayWright platform’s connection to Google Ads, described below. It does not replace any separate written agreement between Stay Curious Digital and a client.
Information we collect
Information you give us
Brand Discovery. If you complete the Brand Discovery session on this site, we collect the answers you enter. Depending on which questions you choose to answer, this may include your name, email address, organization or professional name, information about your work, your audience, your goals, your visual preferences, and details about your existing website.
You may also upload files — typically logos, brand guidelines, or fonts. Accepted file types are PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, ZIP, OTF, TTF and WOFF2, up to 25MB per file.
Most questions are optional. You decide what to share.
Direct contact. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in that message.
Information collected automatically
Our web host records standard server log information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of the request. This is a normal function of web hosting and is used to operate and secure the site.
What we do not do
This website does not run analytics software, advertising trackers, or marketing pixels. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use information collected here to build advertising profiles.
How the Brand Discovery session handles your information
We want to be specific about this, because it is the only place on this website where you provide substantial information about yourself.
While you are filling it in. Your answers are saved in your own browser’s local storage, so you do not lose your progress if you close the page and come back. This draft stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this site.
When you submit. Your answers and any files you uploaded are sent to Stay Curious Digital’s own website and stored there. They are not sent to any third-party form service. Once submission succeeds, the draft saved on your device is cleared. If submission fails, the draft is kept so you can try again.
Who can see it. Retrieving stored submissions requires an authenticated connection to our platform. Submissions are not publicly readable. Access is limited to Stay Curious Digital personnel who need it to review your enquiry and prepare for your project.
Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this form. It is not designed to collect them.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your enquiry and communicate with you;
- prepare for and carry out work you have asked us about;
- operate, maintain, and secure this website.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
The Brand Discovery session uses your browser’s local storage as described above. Local storage is not a cookie and is not transmitted with your requests.
WordPress, the software this site runs on, may set functional cookies if you sign in to the site as an administrator. Ordinary visitors are not signed in and are not issued these cookies.
Third-party services
We keep third-party services on this website to a minimum. The services actually in use are:
- Web hosting. This site is hosted by our hosting provider, which stores site content and processes server log data on our behalf.
- Google Fonts. Typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font, Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google’s handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or customer-relationship platforms on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy before making the change.
Google user data and the Google Ads API
This section does not apply to visitors to this website. It describes how Stay Curious Digital handles data obtained through Google APIs, and applies to Google Ads accounts that a user owns or is authorized to manage.
Stay Curious Digital operates an internal digital and marketing platform called WayWright. WayWright can connect to Google Ads accounts using Google OAuth. Authorization is granted by signing in with a Google account and approving access — either by Stay Curious Digital personnel for accounts we own, or by an account owner authorizing Stay Curious Digital to manage their advertising.
Scope requested
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords
What we access. Through this connection, WayWright can retrieve Google Ads account and campaign information for reporting and analysis. This may include campaign performance, budgets, search terms, keywords, targeting settings, geographic and device performance, conversion configuration, and related advertising reporting data.
How we use it. This information is used only to report on and analyze the performance of the advertising accounts we own or are authorized to manage, and to inform recommendations we make about that advertising. It is not used for any other purpose.
How we store it. Data retrieved from the Google Ads API is held within WayWright, Stay Curious Digital’s own platform, for reporting and analysis. OAuth credentials and access tokens are treated as application secrets and are not published or exposed publicly.
How we share it. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. It is not used for advertising targeting outside the accounts it came from.
Actions we take on your behalf: none. WayWright’s Google Ads integration is read-only. It retrieves reporting data. It does not create, modify, pause, or delete campaigns, budgets, keywords, targeting, or any other Google Ads entity, and it takes no action in your account. If we add the ability to make changes in future, we will update this policy before enabling it.
Revoking access. You can revoke Stay Curious Digital’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops any further retrieval of your Google Ads data. You may also contact us and we will disconnect the account.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was provided — for example, to answer your enquiry, or to carry out and support work you have engaged us for — and for as long afterwards as we reasonably need it for our business records.
We have not set fixed retention periods for every category of information. If you would like information you provided to be deleted, contact us and we will do so unless we need to keep it for a legal or record-keeping reason.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can revoke a Google Ads authorization as described above. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS. Brand Discovery submissions are stored on our own site rather than a third-party form service, and retrieving them requires an authenticated connection. OAuth credentials are treated as application secrets.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the tools we use change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
